Role Purpose

You will lead the Finance Department, ensuring all financial operations, tax obligations, and internal controls are managed accurately and in compliance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

Department Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team to meet daily goals and deadlines.

Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and costing.

Compliance & Audit: Manage tax reporting and internal controls. Act as the main point of contact for auditors, tax authorities, and bankers.

Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality in line with ISO 9001:2015.

Safety & Ethics: Promote a safe workplace (HSSE) and maintain high levels of professional integrity and honesty.

Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Professional certification (ACCA or equivalent) is required.

10+ years in finance/accounting, including 3+ years in a management role.

Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and costing.

Bonus: Experience with consolidation and banking/financing.

Core Skills

Expertise in tax laws and accounting standards.

Excellent English (written and spoken).

Detailed-oriented with a result-driven mindset.
