Job Description

Creative Design & Execution

• Create visually appealing designs for websites, social media, print materials, events, and corporate presentations.
• Manage in-house creative requests across departments to streamline project delivery and reduce reliance on senior design resources.
• Ensure all deliverables maintain high quality and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Produce engaging graphics and short-form videos to support marketing and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the social media team to create content optimised for digital platforms.
• Adapt creative assets for various channels while ensuring consistency across all communications.
• Stay up to date with the latest design tools, trends, and technologies to enhance output quality.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Project & Workflow Management

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
• Review completed projects to identify insights and continuously improve deliverables.

Secondary Responsibilities

Photography & Video Production

• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photos and videos for corporate use, events, and product demonstrations.
• Provide creative direction and input for multimedia storytelling to enhance campaign impact.

Web Design

• Design responsive, user-friendly web pages.
• Optimise web designs for performance and usability, collaborating with developers when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, web design, and video editing skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Additional advantage: Canva, Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent creative and technical abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive with a passion for high-quality design.
• Preferred: Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
