Job Description

• Develop creative and on-brand designs for social media, websites, email marketing, advertisements, packaging, brochures and other marketing materials.
• Create visuals for marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Design and update branding materials while ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Support the creation of motion graphics and videos for social media and advertising where required.
• Work closely with content creators and the marketing team to strengthen visual storytelling.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Assist with basic customer enquiries and customer support when required.
• Keep up to date with design trends, competitors and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Around 2–3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio covering areas such as social media graphics, branding and packaging.
• Experience in video editing or motion graphics would be an advantage.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and comfortable handling basic customer enquiries when needed.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest or experience in the wellness, health or lifestyle industry would be an advantage.
