Job Description

New Business Development

  • Lead and own the entire new business pipeline — from prospecting and outreach to proposal, pitch, and close
  • Identify opportunities across FMCG, lifestyle, beauty, retail, and MNC verticals
  • Build partnerships that align with our creative DNA and strategic strengths
  • Own agency creds, proposal frameworks, and RFP response strategy

Sales and Target

  • Manage sales targets, pricing, and deal economics; set quotas; build pipeline; lead pitches; close major accounts; and drive high-value negotiations.
  • Establish annual and quarterly revenue targets aligned with company growth objectives and capacity; segment goals by market, service line, and client tier.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs including quarterly revenue achievement, pipeline coverage, win rate, average deal size, client retention, gross margin, and forecast accuracy.

Pitching & Proposal Crafting

  • Work closely with the creative and strategy team to shape winning proposals
  • Champion creative ideas that are culturally resonant and commercially smart
  • Lead pitches and client presentations with storytelling clarity and business rigor

Client Relationships & Growth

  • Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients, unlocking upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as the business anchor for major accounts, ensuring delivery teams are supported while staying focused on account health
  • Be the bridge between agency ambition and client reality

Agency Growth & Strategy

  • Forecast and report on revenue, pipeline, and growth health
  • Work with CEO & COO to refine pricing models, sales tools, and market positioning
  • Identify product or service opportunities (e.g. affiliate, influencer, always-on, or performance-linked creative)

Job Requirements

  • 6–10 years’ experience in agency, advertising, branding or creative business development
  • Proven experience pitching and closing FMCG and/or MNC clients
  • Strong portfolio of campaigns or retainers won with commercial impact
  • Able to brief creative teams, build decks, and articulate strategy with clarity
  • Sharp understanding of brand, content, and performance marketing dynamics
  • Confident speaker and natural closer, can lead a room without losing the plot
  • Collaborative, organized, and fast-moving but values creative soul
  • Bonus: Background in brand and marketing strategy, consulting, or brand comms
