- Has 7+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution, with a proven track record of driving results across multiple channels
- Has 3+ years of management experience leading teams of paid media specialists or similar roles and develop exceptionally talented individuals
- Has successfully scaled 7-figure ad accounts while maintaining efficiency and growth
- Has a desire to innovate on existing methods and improve strategy
- Has deep understanding of non-paid channels (SEO, organic, referrals, etc.) is highly preferred
