- Oversee creative production workflows—briefing, review cycles, timelines, approvals, and asset handoffs
- Partner with Growth, Brand, and Partnerships to ensure creative supports campaigns, product positioning, and UGC content
- Own asset tagging, licensing compliance, version tracking, and creative libraries for scalable reuse
- Deliver weekly/monthly creative reports highlighting wins, losses, testing insights, and next steps
- Forecast bandwidth needs, propose hiring/freelancer support, and scale the team as brand demands grow
- Has 4–6+ years in performance creative, growth marketing, or content strategy with strong DTC experience
- Has proven success developing ad creative that scales across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube)
- Has strong leadership experience managing designers, editors, and/or creative strategists
- Has deep understanding of direct response principles, creative frameworks, and ad testing methodology
- Has experience with creative tools and performance platforms like Figma, Meta Ads Manager, Northbeam, and Google Ads
- Is skilled in building systems and workflows that improve creative production efficiency and output
- Has strong cross-functional communication skills—you collaborate well with Growth, Brand, Product, and Partnerships
- Is comfortable making strategic decisions based on performance metrics, customer insights, and creative vision
