• Develop and implement a clear, results-oriented sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee the company's entire P&L (Profit and Loss), including revenue generation, cost management, and overall financial performance to ensure sustained profitability.
• Establish and maintain an efficient operational framework across all departments (e.g., operations, finance, HR, technology) to ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery.
• Drive key strategic initiatives beyond sales, such as product/ services development, technological adoption, and infrastructure improvements.

• Prospect, develop, and close new customers.
• Develop and execute on account plans to deliver optimum revenue potential by managing complete and complex sales-cycles with C-suites.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the team to achieve high performance.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with partners, clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance through data-driven insights and key metrics.
• Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable strategies.
• Collaborate on campaigns and initiatives to support sales objectives.
• Coordinate and work with relevant departments to align sales strategies and goals.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communication or related courses.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales preferably in technology or IT industry, with at least 5 years of experience selling directly to Malaysia enterprises and corporations, and people management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth or competitive environment.
• Strong customer service experience with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Effective "roll up the sleeve" work ethic.
