Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Head of Sales & Operations to build and lead a high-performing commercial and student-support organization. This pivotal leadership role will drive growth by scaling sales productivity, operational efficiency, and student experience—ensuring every lead and student receives exceptional service.

You will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, designing processes and systems that elevate team performance while ensuring flawless day-to-day delivery. Leading both Sales and Student Affairs teams, you will align them to shared goals of growth, efficiency, and service excellence.

Sales Productivity & Conversion

  • Optimize B2C sales processes and CRM usage to increase conversion rates from webinars to enrolments.
  • Coach and develop sales consultants and coordinators to consistently meet targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Operational Efficiency

  • Streamline administrative workflows across sales and student affairs to reduce turnaround time and minimize errors.
  • Implement SOPs and tracking systems that enable accountability and data-driven decision-making.

Service Excellence & Student Experience

  • Uphold a reputation for outstanding service at every stage of the student journey.
  • Establish service standards, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality, responsive support.
  • Ensure the Student Affairs team consistently delivers empathetic and professional assistance reflecting organizational values.

Team Capability & Culture

  • Build a structured, high-performing team with clear roles, responsibilities, and KPIs.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Technology to enhance end-to-end customer experience and operational integration (CRM, automation, e-invoicing).
  • Lead or support strategic projects to drive scalability and profitability.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, affiliates, and partners to support sales and operational objectives.

Job Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in B2C sales and operations, preferably in education, training, or service-based industries.
  • Proven track record in driving consumer sales conversions and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience building and leading teams with the right mix of empathy, structure, and performance management.
  • Strong skills in sales process design, CRM systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage KPIs and data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on execution capability—comfortable leading both strategy and operational detail.
