Job Description

We are looking for an experienced senior leader to drive our client's Value-Added Services (VAS) business, focusing on fintech, AI/cloud, security, and entertainment services (video, music, gaming). You will play a critical role in expanding digital solutions, driving innovation, and accelerating revenue growth, with the goal of making VAS a key business pillar within the next three years.

• Develop and execute a long-term strategy to expand Digital Services/VAS offerings in alignment with CelcomDigi’s growth objectives.

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of key digital services, ensuring successful development, launch, and market fit.

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with content providers, fintech companies, and technology vendors to enhance the service portfolio.

• Lead a high-performing cross-functional team across product development, marketing, and operations.

• Drive financial performance, overseeing budgets, forecasts, and profitability metrics for the VAS business.

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities in the digital services space.

• Foster a culture of innovation, integrating emerging technologies (AI, cloud, IoT) to create differentiated and high-value digital services.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 20 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in leadership roles managing large cross-functional teams and driving transformation in complex organizations. Experience in E-commerce and FinTech is preferred.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate long-term vision into actionable initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, telecommunications networks, fintech, AI, and cloud technologies.
• Proven expertise in building and managing partnerships with OTT, fintech, and technology companies.
• Extensive P&L management experience, with the ability to develop business cases and drive sustainable profitability.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences that evolve with consumer needs.
