Job Description

• Oversee and lead the daily supervision and effective operation of the houskeeping department at the Resort to ensure excellent customer service standards
• Supervise cleaning of all areas of responsibility including 80 guest rooms and Resort facilities
• Perform routine inspections of all guest rooms and public areas
• Hire and conduct training of housekeeping staff to ensure performance meets the standards required
• Assign duties and coordinate staff scheduling
• Efficiently manage stock control and maintenance of all cleaning equipment
• Responsible to check staff grooming and hygiene
• Report all maintenance defects and follow up

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess in depth knowledge of housekeeping services, including a solid understanding of effective cleaning methods, equipment and machinery handling, chemical use and manual handling techniques.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
