<li>Supervise cleaning of all areas of responsibility including 80 guest rooms and Resort facilities</li>
<li>Perform routine inspections of all guest rooms and public areas</li>
<li>Hire and conduct training of housekeeping staff to ensure performance meets the standards required</li>
<li>Assign duties and coordinate staff scheduling</li>
<li>Efficiently manage stock control and maintenance of all cleaning equipment</li>
<li>Responsible to check staff grooming and hygiene</li>
<li>Report all maintenance defects and follow up</li>
