Job Description

• Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee documentation and record keeping.
• Assist with payroll administration and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/LHDN).
• Handle general office administration, filing, and documentation.
• Perform basic accounting and data entry using the SQL Accounting System.
• Liaise with government agencies such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, Immigration, and JTK when required.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents using Microsoft Office.
• Provide administrative support to management and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, Administration, or Accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using the SQL Accounting System.
• Willing to travel occasionally to government agencies (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, Immigration, JTK, etc.).
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Female Malay candidates are preferred by the client.
