Job Description

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including employment contracts, onboarding documents, and resignation procedures
• Manage employee attendance, including attendance records, leave, overtime, and related HR documentation
• Handle monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations and statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS
• Ensure HR practices and procedures comply with Malaysia employment laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with HR administrative tasks, company activities, and other HR-related projects as required

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant HR experience is preferred
• Must have the knowledge using SQL Payroll
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia employment laws, statutory requirements, and HR operational processes
• Good command of Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently
