Job Objective:
This HR Manager position is one of the company's core management functions, and its goal is:

Job Overview:
- The HR Manager position is intended to establish a standardized HR system for the company and support organizational expansion, encompassing comprehensive functions such as recruitment, performance management, organizational development, and culture building.
Responsibilities:
1. Organizational Structure and Workforce Planning
- Based on the Ark Project's business layout, formulate annual human resource plans and job structures.
- Assist in designing team structure, job descriptions, job level system, and reporting channels.
2. End-to-end recruitment management (Talent Acquisition)
- Lead the recruitment of key positions (technology, product, operations, business, etc.).
- Manage external headhunters and recruitment channels to improve recruitment efficiency and conversion rates.
- Design the recruitment process (evaluation matrix, interview criteria, offer process).
3. Performance and Incentive System Development
- Establish the company's performance system (OKR/KPI) and promote its implementation in each business unit.
- Collaborate with finance to develop a compensation framework, annual salary adjustment mechanism, and incentive system.
4. Employee Relations and Corporate Culture Development (ER & Culture)
- Handling employee relations, turnover analysis, and risk case management.
- Promote the implementation of a culture of "open communication, rapid iteration, and user first".
5. Talent Development and Training System (L&D)
- Design onboarding training, management training, and skills enhancement training.
- Identify high-potential talent and develop career paths for advancement.
6. Establishment of Systems and Processes (HR Policies & Compliance)
- Design and optimize HR systems: attendance, leave, performance, promotion, compensation, discipline, etc.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and cross-border employment compliance requirements.
7. HR Data Management (HR Analytics)
- Establish an HR Dashboard to monitor metrics such as recruitment cycle, turnover rate, personnel costs, and organizational health.
- Provide data-driven management recommendations.
