This is a junior-level HR role focusing mainly on recruitment and payroll support within a manufacturing setup. The position is suitable for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in operational HR.
You will be involved in day-to-day HR coordination including hiring activities, payroll preparation and employee documentation, while working closely with management and overseas counterparts.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Post job advertisements and screen candidates
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding documentation
Payroll & Statutory Support
- Assist in payroll preparation
- Support statutory submissions and HR documentation
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Support attendance tracking and general HR operations
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR, Business or related field
- Minimum 1 year HR experience (fresh grads can be considered)
- Exposure to recruitment process
- Basic payroll knowledge (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
- Mandarin REQUIRED (HQ / China communication)
- Able to communicate in English & Malay
