Job Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources and Compliance Manager to help build a more standardized and efficient management system, supporting the company's international development in Dubai office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and the entire employee lifecycle.
- Formulate and optimize HR policies and internal management systems.
- Ensure company compliance with relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Review contracts and internal policy documents.
- Collaborate with management to continuously optimize organizational structures and management processes.
- Handle employee relations management and labor affairs; coordinate with external lawyers or legal advisors when necessary.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of experience in Human Resources or Compliance-related fields.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance frameworks in relevant countries.
- Experience in recruitment and institutional system construction.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Willing to relocate and work in Dubai, UAE.
