Job Description

This role supports and strengthens the organisation’s IT infrastructure and network environment by ensuring stable daily operations, secure system design, and continuous improvement of technology platforms. The position works closely with internal teams to manage enterprise infrastructure, support projects, maintain system reliability, and enhance security controls across cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Operations & Support

• Support daily IT operations including servers, networks, middleware, storage, backup systems, and end-user environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents with minimal business disruption.
• Conduct regular system health checks across O365, servers, virtualisation platforms, firewalls, routers and switches.
• Monitor logs, alerts, scheduler jobs, backups and replications to ensure system stability.

System Architecture, Security & Risk Management

• Design, implement and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure and network architecture.
• Manage patching, firmware upgrades, vulnerability scanning and remediation activities.
• Identify infrastructure risks, threats and vulnerabilities and implement mitigation measures.
• Maintain UAT, Production and Disaster Recovery environments for application systems.

Projects, Audit & Governance

• Participate in and lead infrastructure-related projects and technology upgrades.
• Support internal and external IT audits and implement remediation actions.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, policies, procedures and system reports.
• Work with vendors for sourcing, implementation and infrastructure improvements.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and network support.
• Strong experience with:
• Windows/Linux servers, storage, backup & replication
• Active Directory, Azure, O365, Exchange, VMware
• Firewalls (L2/L3), routers, switches, VPN, VLAN, IDS/IPS, proxy, WAF
• SIEM, endpoint protection, MDM, network security monitoring
• Experience in project implementation and vendor management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to provide after-hours support for urgent incidents.
• Able to speak Mandarin, and good English
