Inside Sales/Telesales roles involve making outbound calls/emails to generate leads, understand customer needs, explain products, and close sales, focusing on achieving targets and building client relationships from an office setting, using tools like CRM systems to manage interactions and track progress. 

Key responsibilities include prospecting, explaining features, overcoming objections, upselling, and providing excellent service, requiring strong communication and persistence.

• Making outbound calls/emails to potential customers, following up on leads.
• Engaging with prospects, asking questions to understand needs, and building rapport.
• Explaining product/service features, benefits, and updates to customers.
• Converting leads into sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets/quotas.
• Maintaining client records, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Documenting activities and updating CRM systems.
• Collaborating with sales/marketing to refine strategies.

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Mandarin speaking.
• Persuasion, negotiation, objection handling.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Target-driven, resilient, good listener, competitive.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree a plus.
