Job Description

• Meeting with customer, site visits to collect information
• To coordinate quotation and visual based on client requirement
  Meeting clients to propose/advise 3D design and obtain their acceptance.
• Being involved or assisting in Site Measurement, Layout Plan & Selection of Material used.
• Coordinate with designers and project team to ensure smooth operation and handover of the project
• To complete a project given within the deadline .
• Able to specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, bathroom fixtures & etc (preferably)
• Ensuring design and renovation targets for clients are met.
• Follow up on work progress to ensure the proposed design and/or project is completed on time.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree, in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Experience in Interior Design with expertise in 3Ds Max or equivalent (preferably)
• You have worked on the initial project design with a team, including developing Photoshop elevations and 3D renderings.
• Able to work in a team with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and are willing to learn.
