Job Description

The International Business Director leads the strategic growth of the company’s international OEM and white-label business. This role drives customer engagement and commercial opportunities across global markets, including North and South America, Europe, Africa, Australia, and parts of Asia.

Working with senior leadership, the Director shapes commercial strategies to strengthen the company’s presence in established and developing regions. The role also oversees a team of International Sales Managers to ensure long-term growth and robust global partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the company’s international OEM / white label business across assigned global markets
  • Drive overseas customer engagement and identify opportunities to strengthen and expand existing business relationships
  • Develop and implement international commercial strategies to support revenue growth and market expansion
  • Lead, manage, and provide direction to the International Sales Manager team
  • Work closely with senior leadership on commercial priorities, market direction, and business planning
  • Monitor sales performance, customer development, and market trends across international regions
  • Support negotiation and alignment on key commercial matters with customers and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business commitments and customer requirements
  • Represent the business in international engagements, including customer visits and overseas travel where required
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the international business portfolio through strong leadership and commercial direction

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in international sales / export business, preferably within FMCG, food manufacturing, or related industries
  • Proven experience in managing overseas customers and multi-country commercial portfolios
  • Solid people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop a sales team
  • Strong command of English with the ability to engage confidently with international stakeholders
  • Exposure to OEM / private label / white label business would be an added advantage
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required
