Job Description

• Onboarding and offboarding of I.T hardware of all staff across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
• Provide technical support (in-person / remote via TeamViewer) to end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively.  
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and software applications.
• Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and security enhancements.
• Monitor network performance, diagnose problems, and implement necessary solutions to ensure optimal network efficiency and reliability.
• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and related equipment.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues and effective management of IT resources.
• Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades, network expansions, and software deployments.
• Conduct regular data backups and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or emergencies.
• Develop and maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends, evaluate new IT products and solutions, and make recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
• Provide training and support to users on IT-related topics, including software applications, cybersecurity best practices, and data protection policies.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience managing the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
• Knowledge of:Microsoft Active Directory
  Microsoft Exchange, Purview, and Intune
  
• Familiarity with Azure Resource Services
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., VBA, PowerShell, Python)
• Experience working with Google Virtual Machines is an added advantage
• Familiarity with Synology NAS systems is a plus
• Understanding of basic networking concepts, including SFTP/OFTP connections

System Administration

• Administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services
• User account management via Active Directory
• Managing email systems, security policies, and device configurations

IT Support

• Minimum Level 1–2 IT support experience:Windows OS troubleshooting
  Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  Printers and peripheral devices
  
• Basic experience setting up and troubleshooting computers, laptops, and printers

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Experience with hardware and asset management
• Setting up laptops and accounts for new employees
• Resetting, reimaging, and repurposing old devices
• Familiarity with asset management tools/software

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills in English and Malay
• Resourceful with the ability to learn independently and adapt quickly
• Ability to create clear documentation for processes and procedures
