Job Description

• Coordinate and manage all activities related to JPK (Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran)

compliance and TVET program implementation.

• Develop and maintain documentation required for accreditation and audits by JPK and

other regulatory bodies.

• Liaise with government agencies, industry partners, and educational institutions to

align TVET programs with national standards.

• Monitor the effectiveness of TVET programs and recommend improvements based on

feedback and performance metrics.

• Ensure all training modules and assessments meet the competency standards set by

JPK.

• Support curriculum development and instructional design for new and existing TVET

programs.

• Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions for staff and students involved in

TVET.

• Prepare periodic reports and updates for senior management on JPK and TVET

activities.

• Assist in the development of strategic plans for expanding TVET offerings and

partnerships.

• Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, certification, and program outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to vocational

education.

• Facilitate internal audits and prepare for external evaluations by accreditation bodies.

• Promote awareness and understanding of TVET opportunities among students and

stakeholders.

• Manage budgets and resources allocated for TVET programs efficiently.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the committee and across

departments.

• Collaborate with other committees to integrate TVET objectives into broader

institutional goals.

• Provide guidance and support to faculty and trainers involved in TVET delivery.

• Track industry trends and technological advancements relevant to vocational education.

• Ensure quality assurance processes are in place for all TVET activities.

• Represent the institution in external meetings, conferences, and forums related to JPK

and TVET.


Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Technical Training, Human Resources, or related field.

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in TVET or accreditation-related roles.

• Strong understanding of JPK standards and Malaysian vocational education regulations.

• Excellent communication skills in other languages than those 3 mentioned above is an

advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and educational management systems.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

• Malaysian nationality required.
