Job Description

This role sits within a shared services environment supporting finance and accounting operations for multiple regional entities. The team handles day-to-day accounting activities, reporting, and financial support functions in a structured and stable setup.

The Accounts Executive will support core accounting processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end activities. This role is suitable for candidates with basic accounting experience who are looking for regional exposure in a shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany billings
• Follow up on payment approvals and reimbursement processing
• Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities

Reporting & Support

• Support preparation of management and group reports
• Assist with audit schedules and documentation when required
• Perform ad-hoc accounting and finance-related tasks

Process & Team Support

• Support process improvements within the finance function
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of accounting or finance experience
• Able to work accurately in a structured and deadline-driven environment
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Mandarin proficiency is required (supports regional stakeholders)
• Basic proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
