Job Summary:

• Responsible for supporting the Sales & Marketing team in promoting the company's products and services, preparing marketing materials, coordinating marketing activities, and assisting with customer communications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing sales and marketing materials.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and company profiles.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Support lead generation and maintain customer databases.
• Communicate with existing customers regarding the company's products and services.
• Assist in creating marketing content, case studies, and social media updates.
• Coordinate exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
• Assist in preparing reports and other marketing documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Willing to travel locally when required.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
