Job Description

• Generate ideas for products, services, offers, and solutions that align with market demands and customer expectations.
• Take initial direction and refine concepts to align with the Go-to-Market (GTM) calendar timeline. Be prepared to take on an end-to-end role when needed, including handling operational tasks.
• Analyze customer behavior patterns and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Conduct market research, including on-ground visits, to assess competitor movements and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Prepare concept proposals and business cases (Back of the Envelope) and present them at relevant approval forums.
• Justify and communicate concepts with a strategic approach, opportunity sizing, customer benefits, and financial returns.
• Work closely with Product Development and Consumer Go-to-Market teams to successfully launch new propositions.
• Monitor and analyze product performance against key metrics such as user engagement, revenue, and profitability.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in prepaid product management and development.
• Strong strategic thinking skills across the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and distribution.
• Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing or commercially driven role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to drive initiatives, persist through challenges, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with billing systems, project management, or marketing communications is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation skills to manage discussions, expectations, and competing business needs.
