About the Role

As a Junior Security Consultant, you will focus on delivering penetration tests and security reviews for our clients. Drawing on your understanding of IT security principles and practices, you'll help address the diverse security challenges our clients face. You'll join a small, motivated team with high standards, where you'll be mentored toward becoming a full consultant.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration tests (mostly web applications and networks), source code reviews, configuration reviews, and other information security consulting services.
• Work in a hybrid arrangement — some projects require onsite work (mostly within KL/Selangor), while others allow remote work.
• Produce reports documenting security vulnerabilities and recommendations to fix them, written in a clear and actionable manner.
• Strive for technical excellence in your work, supported by our internal review process.
• Share knowledge and experience internally among team members.

Job Requirements

Nice to have:

• CREST certifications
• Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)

No specific university degree is required — hackers come from all walks of life.

Candidates without formal certifications or work experience are also welcome to apply, provided they can demonstrate relevant knowledge or experience in IT security. This could include:

• CVEs you've discovered
• Bug bounty reports or platform reputation
• A blog documenting your learning journey or technical deep dives
• HackTheBox / TryHackMe rankings
• CTF participation
• Home lab projects
