Job Description

 

  • Identify and establish contact with potential clients, including lead generation and sales conversions
  • Follow digital industry trends to identify new opportunities and recommend marketing and conversion strategies
  • Schedule and present company offerings with potential clients
  • Develop, maintain and own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Evaluate the needs of clients and promote services

Job Requirements

 

  • Diploma/degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer success or sales & marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Detail oriented, result-driven and analytical
  • Strong customer focused
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness & ability to travel
