Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, your primary role will involve evaluating potential clients, actively engaging with them, and effectively promoting our solutions based on their industry-specific needs. This position offers valuable opportunities to interact with business owners and C-level executives of single or multi-chain establishments throughout Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

  • Focus on canvassing, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies to engage clients and present tailored solutions that meet their business requirements.
  • Meet sales targets and propose innovative lead generation methods to grow the customer base.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, prepare business proposals, and draft contracts in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in company exhibitions and events—both locally and internationally—to boost brand visibility, generate business leads, and enhance market exposure.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and provide data-driven insights that support sales strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' sales experience, preferably in IT/software or B2B sales.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
  • Strong presentation and writing skills, with an advantage if you have some technical knowledge.
  • Must possess own transport and be open to travel as needed for business.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in pursuing a sales career and building a market reputation are also encouraged to apply.
