<p>Load Control is responsible for managing and overseeing the aircraft’s overall load distribution to</p>
<p>ensure every flight is operated safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.</p>
<p>This includes coordinating the allocation of passenger, cargo, and baggage weight, and performing</p>
<p>detailed weight-and-balance calculations to develop accurate load plans. By optimizing how weight is</p>
<p>distributed across the aircraft, Load Control helps maximize fuel efficiency and aircraft performance</p>
<p>while preventing overloading and maintaining the aircraft’s structural integrity.</p>
<p></p>
<p>The successful candidate will be responsible to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and training documentation for load control processes.</li>
<li>Plan, schedule, and deliver initial and recurrent training for Load Control Officers (LCOs) and new hires, including classroom, on-the-job, and e-learning modules.</li>
<li>Lead or coordinate regular audits, quality checks, and process reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards (CAAS, IATA, ICAO).</li>
<li>Analyse operational incidents, errors, and audit results; identify root causes and recommend corrective/preventive actions.</li>
<li>Develop a Quality Assurance process to track performance of the centre.</li>
<li>Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and technology advancements for incorporation into documentation and training.</li>
<li>Collaborate with IT, Safety &amp; Security, and operations teams to implement process enhancements and automation initiatives.</li>
<li>Maintain training records, certifications, and audit documentation.</li>
<li>Support change management efforts during process, system, or regulatory transitions.</li>
<li>Act as point of contact for external audits/inspections relating to quality or training.</li>
<li>Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Load Control.</li>
</ul>
