Job Description

• Understanding the requirement of MEP tender document
• Attend site survey, tender briefing before tendering the project
• Prepare cost analysis and obtaining contractor’s quotation for various trade, quantity take-off for tenders and submissions, including Bill of Quantity
• Prepare tender submissions including bills of quantities and discuss with Management for final submission
• Prepare for final submission and follow up with tender questionnaire reply and interview
• Assist in project procurement and sourcing of contractor
• Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site
• Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent relevant qualification
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience. In the interior design & build industry or M&E Consulting firm is an added advantage
• Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice
• Able to read, understand, review and comment on mechanical and/or electrical tender drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other M&E Software
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with project members and managers at all levels
