Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end security architecture design for M365 environments at enterprise scale
• Develop and deliver Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation aligned with business and regulatory requirements
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable technical solutions
• Define and implement hybrid identity and cloud security strategies
• Oversee security governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Drive integration between Ping Federated Identity and Microsoft Entra ID
• Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams (infra, security, cloud)
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., financial, telco, GLC sectors)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in M365 Security Architecture
• Proven experience designing security for large environments (10,000+ users)
• Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure and cloud security design
• Experience working in highly regulated industries

Technical Expertise (Must-Have)

Identity & Access Management

• Strong experience with Hybrid Identity Architecture
• Hands-on expertise in Ping Federated Identity
• Deep integration knowledge with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
