Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on M365 Security Engineer to support the rollout and operational execution of a large-scale Microsoft 365 security transformation. You will work closely with the Security Architect to implement, configure, and troubleshoot the M365 security stack, ensuring a smooth migration across a 20-month program with high delivery velocity.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute implementation and configuration of Microsoft 365 security solutions
• Support end-to-end deployment across identity, endpoint, and cloud security layers
• Troubleshoot hybrid identity issues (Azure AD / Entra ID + on-prem AD sync)
• Configure and optimize Microsoft Defender suite components
• Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and compliance policies
• Perform testing, validation, and POC deployments
• Monitor and manage security logs, alerts, and auditing
• Collaborate with architects to ensure design adherence (LLD execution)
• Ensure timely delivery aligned with migration targets (3,000+ users/month)

Job Requirements

Core Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in M365 Security implementation
• Proven experience deploying M365 security solutions for 3,000+ users environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hybrid identity environments
• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale IT environments
