Job Description

• Marketing & Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events, products, and company initiatives; manage social media, digital marketing, promotional content, and marketing calendars; coordinate creative materials including posters, videos, event collateral, and advertisements.
• Commercial & Sponsorship Development: Develop sponsorship proposals, commercial packages, and partnership presentations; identify and approach potential sponsors, corporate partners, brands, and clients; support sales of event participation, corporate packages, booths, sponsorships, and commercial opportunities.
• Relationship Management & Operations: Manage sponsor and partner relationships from proposal through activation and post-event reporting; work closely with the Event/Operations team to ensure deliverables are successfully executed.
• Research & Reporting: Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities; track marketing performance, leads, sponsorship value, sales conversion, and commercial revenue; prepare monthly marketing and commercial reports for management.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, corporate communications, or commercial sales/business development.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Key Skills: Strong proficiency in social media management, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for pitching to sponsors, and basic content/creative coordination abilities.
