Job Description

Performance Marketing (Google Ads)

  • Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads Search campaigns, including keyword research, campaign structure, ad groups, ad copy, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance by adjusting bids, refining keywords, improving ad copy, and pausing underperforming ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as impressions, click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor website traffic, user behavior, traffic acquisition, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Social Media Management

  • Manage the company's social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Create engaging marketing copy and basic visual content using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Produce simple short-form video content (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos) independently.
  • Perform basic video editing for social media content using standard video editing software.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility.

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies when required.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Event Management (Good to Have)

  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, exhibitions, seminars, and marketing roadshows.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Provide on-site event coordination support and prepare post-event reports.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on Google Ads and social media management.
  • Experience in event management, including event planning and vendor coordination, is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
  • Basic video editing skills for creating simple marketing videos.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Candidates with a shorter notice period are preferred.
  • Candidates who can read, write, and speak Mandarin are preferred.
