We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing efforts across all 12 branches. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution
· Develop and execute branch-level marketing plans that drive customer visits and loan originations.
· Plan seasonal and festive campaigns to increase redemptions, renewals, and ticket sales.
Digital Marketing
· Run localized Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns targeting customers in specific geographic areas.
· Oversee content creation: short videos, customer testimonials, pawn tips, and gold knowledge.
· Manage social media channels and content calendars (BM/Chinese).
On-ground & Community Engagement
· Coordinate traditional marketing: flyers, buntings, community events, and vendor promotions.
· Work with local influencers, NGOs, and committees to build brand trust.
· Organize customer appreciation days, free gold valuation events, and awareness booths.
Customer Retention & CRM
· Manage WhatsApp/SMS reminder systems for renewals, expiry alerts, and promos.
· Develop and promote referral, loyalty, or membership reward campaigns.
Performance Monitoring
· Track and report campaign results (CPL, conversion, footfall impact).
· Continuously optimize campaigns based on ROI and customer response.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in retail marketing, financial services, pawnbroking, or related sectors.
· Proven success with hyperlocal campaigns targeting B40/M40 or community-focused segments.
· Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic CRM tools.
· Able to manage both offline (traditional) and online (digital) marketing channels.
· Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (spoken/written). English is a bonus.
· Independent, self-starter, resourceful – you’ll lead this department.
