<p>This marketing manager is responsible for leading the marketing function and driving end-to-end execution across digital, retail, and offline channels. This role manages a small in-house team and works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen brand presence and support business growth.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage the in-house marketing team (5 pax), ensuring clear priorities and accountability.</li>
<li>Build structured workflows, approvals, and reporting processes.</li>
<li>Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Marketing Strategy &amp; Planning</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.</li>
<li>Plan annual/quarterly marketing calendars (campaigns, launches, promotions, events).</li>
<li>Translate business goals into marketing plans with measurable KPIs.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Campaign, Digital &amp; Performance Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee end-to-end campaigns across digital, retail, and offline channels.</li>
<li>Guide content direction for social, website, EDMs, ads, and brand communications.</li>
<li>Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve results and ROI.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Partnerships &amp; External Engagement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage agencies, vendors, and external partners to deliver campaigns effectively.</li>
<li>Support brand collaborations, product launches, and marketing-led events.</li>
<li>Regular external engagement (including monthly café visits); occasional regional travel may be required.</li>
