Job Description

For this role, you’ll lead marketing initiatives to grow brand visibility and market presence. You’ll manage a small team, oversee day-to-day activities, and ensure campaigns align with the company’s commercial goals. It can be based in Penang / Klang Valley. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of marketing activities across the business.
• Oversee a small marketing team and provide guidance on planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Support branding efforts to strengthen market visibility and brand positioning.
• Plan and execute campaigns and marketing activities in line with business priorities.
• Coordinate marketing materials, promotional activities, and content support across channels.
• Monitor marketing performance and track the effectiveness of campaigns and activities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with commercial and business needs.
• Support the development of market-facing communication and promotional initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness and support business growth through marketing efforts.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within FMCG, food, or consumer products.
• Experience in handling branding, campaign execution, and market visibility initiatives.
• Able to manage a small team and coordinate marketing activities across functions.
• Strong communication and content sense, with the ability to support both online and offline marketing efforts.
• Good understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and marketing performance tracking.
