Job Description

• Lead the planning and execution of the company’s marketing and branding activities to support business visibility and growth
• Manage a small marketing team of 3 to 4 pax and guide day-to-day marketing operations
• Drive brand-building initiatives and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s commercial direction
• Oversee campaign execution, promotional activities, and content development across relevant channels
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support product visibility, market presence, and business objectives
• Monitor market trends and customer insights to support more effective marketing initiatives
• Contribute to the overall development and consistency of the company’s marketing function

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within FMCG, food, or consumer products
• Experience in handling branding, campaign execution, and market visibility initiatives
• Able to manage a small team and coordinate marketing activities across functions
• Strong communication and content sense, with the ability to support both online and offline marketing efforts
• Good understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and marketing performance tracking
