1. HR Operations &amp; Administration
<ul>
<li>Manage and maintain complete employee records, including contracts, personal files, compensation details, and statutory documentation with strict confidentiality</li>
<li>Oversee monthly payroll coordination and ensure accurate processing of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other statutory submissions</li>
<li>Monitor and manage leave administration, attendance tracking, overtime records, and staff benefits</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of HR data and maintain updated records in HR systems and internal databases</li>
<li>Prepare HR letters including offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, promotion letters, and resignation documentation</li>
</ul>
2. Recruitment &amp; Workforce Support
<ul>
<li>Support end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, coordination with hiring managers, and feedback tracking</li>
<li>Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires including documentation, induction, system access coordination, and orientation materials</li>
<li>Maintain recruitment pipeline and support workforce planning needs as the company grows</li>
<li>Coordinate probation review processes and assist in confirmation assessments</li>
</ul>
3. Employee Relations &amp; Support
<ul>
<li>Act as the main point of contact for employee HR inquiries regarding policies, procedures, leave, benefits, and internal matters</li>
<li>Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes in a fair and structured manner</li>
<li>Assist in performance monitoring documentation, improvement plans, and HR advisory support for managers</li>
<li>Ensure consistent application of company policies across all departments</li>
</ul>

4. HR Policy &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and internal governance standards</li>
<li>Support implementation of HR best practices and continuous process improvements</li>
<li>Monitor changes in labour regulations and recommend necessary adjustments</li>
</ul>

5. HR Systems &amp; Process Optimization
<ul>
<li>Improve and streamline HR workflows through system automation and process standardisation</li>
<li>Support the implementation and optimisation of HR management systems (HRIS)</li>
<li>Generate HR reports and analytics such as attendance trends, turnover rate, and headcount reports</li>
<li>Ensure data accuracy for management reporting and decision-making</li>
</ul>

6. Training &amp; Development Support

<li>Assist in coordinating staff training programmes and learning initiatives</li>
<li>Track training participation, performance improvement plans, and skill development progress</li>
<li>Support leadership in preparing development plans for team members</li>

7. Engagement &amp; Culture Management

<li>Coordinate internal engagement activities such as team events, internal communications, and employee recognition initiatives</li>

8. Offboarding &amp; Exit Management

<li>Manage employee exit processes including resignation documentation, clearance procedures, and exit interviews</li>

<li>Ensure proper handover and completion of all exit formalities</li>
