Job Description

• Assist General Manager in overseeing manufacturing operations.
• Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Lead process optimisation, productivity improvement, and cost control.
• Establish and improve production management systems, SOPs, and quality control standards.
• Oversee production, equipment, process, and workforce management.
• Drive lean manufacturing, safety compliance, and 5S management.
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and process evaluation.
• Work with procurement, warehouse, quality, and sales teams for supply chain and production planning.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing management experience, with at least 3 years in senior management.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of injection molding processes is preferred.
• Strong production planning, coordination, and shop-floor management skills.
• Strong learning agility and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and willingness to pursue long-term overseas career development.
