Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and productivity for all branches.
  • Monitor and evaluate operations performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage and supervise teams, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing on production and inventory processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company regulations, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials to meet operational requirements.
  • Identify bottlenecks, process gaps, and inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timeline availability of materials and resources.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Excels at operating in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial principles and budget management to control costs and improve profitability
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings, as required.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach to identifying opportunities for operational enhancements
