Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Billing & Account Management

  • Manage the full customer account lifecycle, including activation, suspension, and closure, ensuring billing accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate invoice issuance to customers and partners.
  • Handle billing-related inquiries, including discrepancies, credit notes, and payment follow-ups.
  • Assist in resolving billing disputes efficiently and professionally.

2. Customer & Partner Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational and non-technical customer support matters.
  • Coordinate and follow up on post-sales service requests (e.g., contract amendments, account updates) to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor customer credit utilization and partner rebate execution.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and timely application of incentive and discount policies.

3. Operational Execution

  • Maintain accurate records of operational activities, billing history, and policy applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Technical Support) to streamline order-to-cash processes.
  • Support billing verification and operational tracking through basic data compilation and reporting in Excel.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (CGPA 3.5 and above).
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations or data handling. Fresh graduates with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Hands-on operational experience with Alibaba Cloud is mandatory. (if someone with experience)
  • Experience with other Chinese cloud platforms such as Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud, or Volcano Engine is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or equivalent data tools, with the ability to produce clear operational reports and summaries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive team player with strong execution and communication skills.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory to support regional clients.
