Job Description

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring continuous growth and success in existing partnerships within the Group of Companies. 
• Maximize revenue from existing partners while ensuring that partner products and services remain relevant to the business needs and community development goals. 
• Promote partner products and engage with beneciaries to drive adoption, ensuring that partners’ services meet the needs of communities. 
• Work closely with project and communications teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous updates of partner products and services. 
• Collect, analyze, and report on data to assess partnership performance, inform decision-making, and guide improvements. 
• Stay informed about emerging trends and new partnership opportunities in community development, ntech, and related sectors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related area is preferred. 
• Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. 
• Proven ability to collaborate eectively with minimal supervision while consistently meeting deadlines and targets. 
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new market opportunities. 
• Goal-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
• Access to personal transport and a laptop is required for travel and remote work exibility. 
• Prociency in Microsoft Oce Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools for creating presentations and marketing materials. 
• Fluent in English, with additional language prociency, is considered a valuable asset
