This role is crucial in driving traffic, conversions, and ROI across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram), TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and Lazada Sponsored Ads.<br><strong>1. Campaign Management</strong></p>

<li>Execute performance-driven campaigns with clear objectives (traffic, conversions, ROAS, CPA).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li><strong>Performance Optimization</strong></li>
</ol>

<li>Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and copy to improve ad efficiency.</li>
<li>Monitor key metrics and performance dashboards; implement data-backed optimizations.</li>
<li>Ensure proper tracking using pixels, UTM links, and platform analytics tools. Strategy &amp; Insights</li>
<li>Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor ad strategies.</li>
<li>Strategically managing marketing budget across all platforms.</li>
<li>Generate actionable insights and reports on campaign performance weekly/monthly.</li>
<li>Work with brand and content teams to align marketing collaterals, messaging and funnel strategy.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Live Stream Specialist for traffic push during live sessions.Marketplace Ads Focus</li>
<li>Optimize Shopee &amp; Lazada Sponsored Ads to improve product visibility and sales.</li>
<li>Monitor keyword bidding, campaign structures, and product-level ad performance.</li>
<li>Work with marketing teams to ensure alignment between product pages and ads</li>
