Job Description

 We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimize our paid advertising efforts across multiple digital channels. This role is crucial in driving traffic, conversions, and ROI across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and Lazada Sponsored Ads.
1. Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across:
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
    • Shopee & Lazada Sponsored Ads
    • TikTok Ads
  • Execute performance-driven campaigns with clear objectives (traffic, conversions, ROAS, CPA).  
  1. Performance Optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and copy to improve ad efficiency.
  • Monitor key metrics and performance dashboards; implement data-backed optimizations.
  • Ensure proper tracking using pixels, UTM links, and platform analytics tools. Strategy & Insights
  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor ad strategies.
  • Strategically managing marketing budget across all platforms.
  • Generate actionable insights and reports on campaign performance weekly/monthly.
  • Work with brand and content teams to align marketing collaterals, messaging and funnel strategy.
  • Coordinate with Live Stream Specialist for traffic push during live sessions.Marketplace Ads Focus
  • Optimize Shopee & Lazada Sponsored Ads to improve product visibility and sales.
  • Monitor keyword bidding, campaign structures, and product-level ad performance.
  • Work with marketing teams to ensure alignment between product pages and ads

Job Requirements

 

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in running paid ads, especially for ecommerce or DTC brands.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopee/Lazada Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with working knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking.
  • Familiar with digital sales funnels, customer acquisition costs, and ROAS benchmarks
