Job Description

  • Provide full-spectrum personal and administrative support to the Director.
  • Manage and coordinate the Director's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and calendar.
  • Prepare professional presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office applications.
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, consultants, and business partners when required.
  • Assist in project coordination and monitor progress of assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
  • Excellent ability to record meeting notes and prepare accurate meeting minutes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Creative, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work overtime when necessary to support business requirements.
