We are looking for confident and driven individuals to join a leading Singapore bank as Personal Wealth Executives. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and candidates from various industries who are interested in building a career in banking and financial advisory.

Successful candidates will receive structured training in banking products, financial advisory and sales before progressing into a customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial advice and recommend suitable banking, savings and investment products to customers.
• Engage with walk-in customers and identify their financial needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Promote relevant financial products and achieve individual sales targets.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with banking regulations.
• Deliver professional customer service and support long-term customer relationships

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with graduation completed and certificate available.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are welcome.
• Excellent English communication and comprehension skills (minimum expected standard 8/10).
• Confident, articulate and professionally presentable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn financial products.
• Sales-driven attitude and comfortable engaging with customers.
• No prior banking or sales experience required.
• Mandarin or Hokkien dialect proficiency is an added advantage.
• Genuine interest in relocating to Singapore for long-term career development.
• Able to complete mandatory training and financial licensing examinations.
