Job Description
Our client is a leading international bank, offering comprehensive retail, corporate, and Islamic banking services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets, onboard affluent clients, and cross sell home insurance loan which is MRTA (Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance) and MRTT (Mortgage Reducing Term Takaful).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through alliance tie-ups such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers & lawyers.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers.
- Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures related to mortgage sales and lending.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of mortgage sales experience or real estate agent / property agent (Klang Valley).
- Open to candidates with any sales experience – with a proven track record (Klang Valley).
- Communication & Negotiation skills - Strong selling, negotiation skills, client relationship skills.
- Willing to sell other unsecured banking products
