Job Description

• Review project drawings, material specifications, and requirements with the engineering team.
• Source, evaluate, and qualify local and overseas suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, conduct price comparisons, and negotiate terms and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders; monitor logistics and delivery status.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and site teams for inspection and material acceptance.
• Manage supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality, or documentation issues.
• Ensure compliance with CSCEC procurement policies, project budgets, and local regulations.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare progress reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement within construction or civil engineering projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of local suppliers, import/export, and logistics processes in Malaysia.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems.
• Preferable Mandarin
