Job Description

The Product Consultant will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of internally developed software products, acting as a key bridge between business users and the product development team. The role will support the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and project coordination through to system launch, user training and post-implementation support.

The successful candidate will work closely with business users, product managers, developers and testing teams to understand operational requirements, resolve system issues and continuously improve product functionality and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and delivery of internal software products, including project planning, milestone tracking, system launch and acceptance.
• Coordinate multiple implementation projects and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
• Provide post-implementation system support and troubleshoot user or system-related issues.
• Act as the key liaison between business users and internal product, development and testing teams.
• Gather and clarify business requirements and coordinate system enhancements, customisation requests and defect resolution.
• Prepare user guides, FAQs, operational manuals and training materials.
• Conduct system training and knowledge transfer for key users and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and provide feedback to support continuous product enhancement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise software implementation or project management, preferably involving ERP, CRM, OA or SaaS solutions.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and coordinating with business users and technical teams.
• Able to independently manage requirement discussions and project reporting with stakeholders.
• Proficient in SQL queries with basic system troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiar with Visio, XMind or similar tools for process mapping and requirements analysis.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience with B2B products, AI products or LLM integration will be an added advantage.
• Cantonese-speaking ability or experience within the exhibition industry will be an added advantage.
