Job Description

• Develop, curate, and manage travel itineraries and destination experiences based on client requirements.
• Research travel trends, destinations, tourism products, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
• Source and evaluate hotels, transport providers, DMCs, ticketing providers, restaurants, activities, and other travel suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers and negotiate rates and commercial terms.
• Prepare detailed costing, budgeting, and profitability analysis for proposed travel programmes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers and DMCs.
• Develop unique travel concepts, experiences, and add-ons that enhance the overall guest experience.
• Ensure itineraries are practical, commercially viable, and able to be executed smoothly by the Operations team.
• Coordinate closely with Operations and relevant stakeholders before handing over approved itineraries for execution.
• Monitor client feedback and operational outcomes to identify areas for product and service improvement.
• Prepare proposals and recommendations in accordance with internal processes, guidelines, and approval requirements.

Job Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in travel product development, travel operations, purchasing, sourcing, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of travel destinations, tourism products, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Strong experience in supplier sourcing, procurement, and contract/rate negotiation.
• Able to prepare accurate travel costing, budgets, and profitability calculations.
• Creative and resourceful with the ability to develop attractive and differentiated travel experiences.
