Position Overview
As a Product Manager, you will support the end-to-end product lifecycle of SupplyOS, working closely with Product, Engineering, AI, Sales, and Customer teams. Your primary responsibility is to translate customer needs, market insights, and business priorities into well-defined product features that can be designed, developed, launched, and continuously improved.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working with cross-functional teams, and building AI-powered enterprise software. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery & Requirement Gathering
- Gather customer feedback and business requirements from enterprise and public-sector clients.
- Identify operational challenges within procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Convert business requirements into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct competitor and market research on AI platforms and enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility.
Product Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE), Platform Engineers, System & Performance Engineers, and AI Engineering teams.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature releases.
- Monitor feature performance using KPIs such as user adoption, retention, automation rate, and task completion.
- Maintain accurate product documentation, including PRDs, release notes, and internal product guides.
Customer Research & Market Insights
- Participate in customer engagements alongside Sales and FDE teams.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback.
- Identify recurring business problems and product improvement opportunities.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and feature validation.
- Support product positioning and messaging with Marketing and Commercial teams.
Product Operations & Governance
- Maintain the product roadmap and release schedules.
- Support Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Participate in product reviews, sprint retrospectives, and roadmap planning sessions.
- Ensure product releases comply with enterprise security and governance standards.
Commercial & Go-to-Market Support
- Assist Sales and Account Management with solution scoping, product demonstrations, and client presentations.
- Prepare product briefs and enablement materials.
- Support proposal development by aligning product capabilities with customer use cases.
- Feed customer deployment learnings back into future product enhancements.
