Job Description

• Conducting market research and customer analysis to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Collaborating with product development teams to develop new products or enhance existing products based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Developing a unique value proposition for the product, including messaging, pricing, and positioning.
• Creating marketing and sales collateral that communicates the value of the product to target customers.
• Work with the sales teams to train them on the product's features, benefits, and value proposition 
• Monitoring and analysing product performance to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that the product's value proposition remains relevant and compelling over time. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurers and brokers to enhance collaboration and product innovation.

• Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills
• Results driven with a keen analytical ability to turn insights into action
• Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced, team environment
